CASSAVA CAKE
Ingredients:
1 cup grated cassava
½ cup evaporated milk or coconut milk
3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp grated cheese
¾ cup sugar
2 pcs. Eggs
Condensed milk
Procedure:
1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and evaporated milk.
2. Add the grated cassava and then mix.
3. Pour into greased pan and bake until firm or golden brown.
4. Brush with condensed milk and sprinkle the cheese.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes.

VEGETABLE “MEAT” BALLS
Ingredients:
2 medium sized carrots
3 medium sized potatoes
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
¼ cup TVP
½ cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Cook carrots and potatoes. Mash and add cornstarch, flour, TVP, and salt. Blend well.
2. Form mixture into mini balls about ½ inch in diameter with your hand or spoon.
3. Roll each ball into bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
4. Drain well and set aside.
5. Serve with cream sauce or catsup.

CHICKEN NUGGETS Ingredients:
1 chicken breast (boneless)
1 pc. Egg
¼ cup flour
1/4 cup all purpose cream or evaporated milk
Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking oil for frying
Bread crumbs for coating
Procedure:
1. With your hands, minced the chicken meat.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add flour and mix well.
4. Pour the cream to moisten the mixture.
5. Form into squares. Dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
6. Fry it until golden brown
Durian Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. durian
Salt and pepper
¾ cup all purpose cream or milk
Water as needed
Procedure:
1. Melt butter in pan. Add the flour.
2. Pour the cream or milk and add the durian pulp.
3. Cook until thick. Add water as needed.

HOMEMADE FRUIT COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
2 pcs. Pineapple or 4 cups pineapple
2 pcs. Papaya or 3 cups papaya
2 pcs. Singkamas or 2 cups singkamas
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
Procedure:
1. Slice fruits into desired shape and mix it.
2. Prepare water to boil then put sugar until dissolved.
3. Add all fruits and bring to boil.
4. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.
5. Strain juice then add all purpose cream and mix.
6. You can add cherries if desired.
7. Refrigerate.

STIR FRY CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients:

2 stalks leeks
1 big onion quartered
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup butter with margarine
¼ cup rum
¼ cup oil
Procedure:
1. Slice chicken breast. Stir fry. Set aside.
2. Stir fry leeks and onions. Pour over chicken.
3. Melt butter and add garlic. Pour a little rum.
4. Pour over chicken and serve.
