October 30, 2008 edition of Maayong Buntag Mindanao Cooking Demo:

CASSAVA CAKE

Ingredients:
1 cup grated cassava
½ cup evaporated milk or coconut milk
3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp grated cheese
¾ cup sugar
2 pcs. Eggs
Condensed milk

Procedure:
1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and evaporated milk.
2. Add the grated cassava and then mix.
3. Pour into greased pan and bake until firm or golden brown.
4. Brush with condensed milk and sprinkle the cheese.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes.
