CHEESY EGGPLANT
Ingredients:
½ kilo or 4 pcs. Big eggplant
1 cup evaporated milk
Cheese as desired
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Sliced eggplant and arranged into a pan, pour evaporated milk and cheese.
2. Layer eggplant and cheese. Add salt to taste.
3. Cook until done.
