Mother's Day is a very special day in honoring and giving tribute for our mothers: For the love and care for their family and for their positive and significant contributions to our society.
MAYS celebrated Mother's Day last May 11, 2008 with guests: Julie Dayaday of Balay Dangupan, Ruth Tambura of BB163 Children's Home, and Grace Frias of City Social Services and Development Office (CSSDO). They are mothers not only to their biological sons and daughters, but also to children who are homeless and less fortunate that needs their love, care and attention. The special episode is anchored by Macel Dasalla as substitute anchor of Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta.
