September 4 edition of Maayon Buntag Mindanao cooking demo:

MANGO MOUSE

Ingredients:
1 cup mashed ripe mango
1/2 cup white sugar
100gms. white chocolate or dark chocolate
1 box all purpose cream
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin dissolved in warm water
2 pcs. egg whites
1 tsp. granulated sugar

Procedure:
1. Mixed mango and sugar. Cook until done.
2. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add gelatin and mix well.
3. Add ¼ of the cream. Blend.
4. Beat egg whites until soft peaks. Fold into melted chocolate.
5. Beat all purpose cream until thick. Add sugar.
6. Fold in chocolate mixture.
7. Fill in cups. Chill before serve.
